Refund policy
Every item in our shop is made to order, so we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to work out a solution.
Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim or refusal to pay customs fees, a refund will not be issued. If this is your case, you can contact us to arrange a reship of the product, with the extra shipping fees this may imply.

Please inspect your order, and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days from the delivery date so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution. If that time period has passed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
Should a return need to be made, we will not offer a refund if items are not in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached, items unworn and unwashed).
We encourage you to refer to the sizing chart on each product before placing an order to avoid sizing mistakes.
